Creating a space for an indie filmmaker to connect with her audience
Client: Shari Berman
Background: Shari Berman is an award-winning filmmaker whose works have played at festivals around the world. Her films tackle social issues that resonate deeply with her: racism, sexism, climate change, and more. She also wants to use her platform to advise and guide young people who want to make films.
Strategy: We targetted 100 accounts across Facebook. Instagram, and Twitter for Shari to engage the audience. These interactions caused organic growth on her accounts and she developed a following through her content schedule. In addition to generating traffic to her website, she was seen as a though-leader in select conversations and she was able to create a community of film-fans, like-minded individuals, and organizations.
